Our Story
Team Wellness Center was established in Dearborn, Michigan, in 2002 to meet the increasing demand for behavioral health services in Southeast Michigan. Over the past twenty years, we have expanded our programs and services, evolving to better meet the needs of our patients. Now, with six locations in the Detroit area, we have become the leading provider of integrated primary care and mental health services in Wayne County, supported by a dedicated team of over 400 professionals committed to delivering exceptional care.
